ACCU No AD

This assessment represents the value of an Australian Carbon Credit Unit (ACCU) traded in the spot market and meeting the No Avoided Deforestation (No AD) category. The No AD category represents generic carbon credits without the avoided deforestation method. A typical deal size of 5,000 tonnes of CO2 equivalent (tCO2e) to 50,000 tCO2e is considered at par in the assessment, while smaller deal sizes may be normalised downwards and bigger deals normalised upwards. As of December 17, 2024, Quantum has also started publishing No AD forward assessments, ranging from M+1 to M+7. The contract rolls on the first day of each month. For example, as of December 17, 2024, the first listed contract is January 2025 No AD and the last is July 2025 No AD. This assessment category is priced in Australian dollars (AUD).
