This assessment represents the value of one Road Transport Fuel Certificate for submission towards the Relevant Crop category of the United Kingdom Road Transport Fuel Obligation for the year 2023. Each certificate can be submitted to represent 1 litre of biofuel blending within the obligation. Certificates in the Relevant Crop category are generated from food crop-based biofuels as defined in RTFO guidance, which generate 1 certificate per litre of biofuel physically blended and are subject to a cap on the amount which can be submitted per obligation year.
