I-REC Turkey Solar
This assessment represents the value of a Renewable Energy Certificate (I-REC) traded in the spot market. Each certificate represents the environmental attributes of 1 MWh of electricity generated from a renewable energy source, in this case, solar power, once supplied to Turkey's power grid.
Prices for both the current calendar year (Y+0) and the previous calendar year (Y-1) are published.
Quantum reflects a 10,000-20,000 MWh standard deal size, with smaller/larger clips normalised back to that size.
